Product information "Agate"
Your very own Agate
This way you can be sure that you receive exactly the stone that fits you best.
Agate is known for its wide range of natural color tones – from gray and blue to reddish-brown and green – and its often banded patterns. Hildegard of Bingen describes it in her work "Physica" as a stone that affects body and mind, strengthens emotional balance and promotes mental abilities.
Areas of application according to tradition: Hildegard's instructions describe agate as a beneficial stone whose warming power should work directly on the skin. She recommended it for insect bites, fever, pain and headaches as well as for "falling sickness" (epilepsy). Additionally, agate was meant to strengthen memory and improve wisdom as well as eloquence.
