Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries:

Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.

*Freight Shipping: For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping) both within Germany and abroad, the following applies: We calculate the most favorable daily rate based on inquiries with various freight forwarding companies

** Island Surcharge: For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of € 24.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (domestic) shall take place within 2 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

The minimum order value is: € 25.00.

Accepted Payment Options

• Payment in advance via bank transfer (Vorkasse)
• Payment via SEPA direct debit
  By choosing SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a preliminary notice (Pre-Notification) at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds are in the account on the announced date.
• Payment via invoice
  Payment via invoice is only available for registered customers. The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying on account.
• Payment via Sofort / Sofortüberweisung
