Appreciation and Nature
Appreciation for our food and the preservation and protection of our nature are important to us – for example, we strive to keep the return rate of our baked goods in our mill shops as low as possible and ask our customers for their help through pre-orders so we can plan quantities. After all, we bake fresh by hand at night with long dough fermentation, which we then offer during the day in our mill shops.
