We have opened our Mill and Hildegard von Bingen Museum!

We would like to introduce visitors to the history of our mill, spelt in its various processing stages, and of course, Hildegard von Bingen, all in a stylish ambiance. The atmospheric space also offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the meditative silence and the natural surroundings before continuing your journey.

It is open during our shop hours and by appointment until the end of October. Then it hibernates before we reopen it in spring.
