From its first documentary mention in 1139 to the present day: At Stadtmühle Geisingen, milling tradition has been lived for nearly 900 years. We preserve this precious heritage, combining centuries of experience with gentle processing to sustain the vital force of our products.

Creating wholesome food from uncrossed spelt is our passion. We bake fresh daily by hand using long dough fermentation and power our entire production with our own regenerative hydropower. This guarantees traditional baked goods produced in true harmony with nature.
