Our spelt butter braided bread with raisins is a delightfully sweet temptation that shouldn't be missing from any coffee table. This 500g braided loaf is carefully baked at Stadtmühle Geisingen and combines the finest spelt flour Type 405 with juicy 9.5% raisins. It includes fresh whole milk, raw cane sugar, 6.2% aromatic butter, whole eggs, yeast, almonds, a touch of pearl sugar and salt, rounded off with psyllium husks. The result is an incredibly airy, tender and moist braided bread that delights with its fruity sweetness and fine butter aroma.
