Tradition (Hildegard's writings) 1

In Hildegard's tradition, polypody and sage powder was associated with digestion and inner calm.

Ingredients

Dried sage herb (flowers and leaves); polypody root powder.

Preparation 1

Pulverise 30 g of dried sage herb in a mortar or grinder and mix it well with 90 g of polypody root powder. Fill the mixture into a dark screw-top jar.

Note

Store dry and cool.
