In Hildegard's tradition, hart's-tongue fern powder was mentioned in connection with the after-effects of shock and accidents and with pain in the head and chest.

Ingredients

Sun-dried hart's-tongue fern herb.

Note

After a head injury, unexplained headaches can still appear years later. Important: never give it to an unconscious person; with serious injuries, seek medical help at once.
