Tradition (Hildegard's writings)

Traditionally used for the cleansing and care of wounds.

Ingredients

Spirit of wine, olive oil and rose oil.

Preparation

Mix 100 ml of spirit of wine at 70 %, 30 ml of olive oil and 0.5 ml of rose oil.

With deep or heavily soiled wounds, please seek medical help.

Botanical background

The essential oils of the scented rose are credited with antimicrobial, skin-caring and wound-caring properties.
