Made from fresh, fully ripe and untreated fruits, using time-tested methods: The quinces are washed, the "fuzz" on the skin and the core are removed by hand. The fruits are then gently reduced in open kettles. Finished with a well-measured amount of the purest organic acacia honey. That's it!
