In Hildegard's herbal lore, the gold course was associated with the joints and movement and valued as a yearly course for keeping well.

Ground nugget or river gold (not electrolytic gold), spelt flour and water.

Preparation

Knead 1.2 g of ground nugget or river gold with 2 tbsp spelt flour and 2 tbsp water into a dough and halve it.
