In Hildegard's tradition, gold wine was associated with the skin and joints.

Ingredients

A piece of gold and wine.

Preparation

Heat the piece of gold thoroughly on the hob and place it in a glass holding 125 ml of wine.

Note

Traditionally, gold wine is combined with the gold course.
