Our Morgenland Organic Coconut Flakes come from ripe coconuts from the MorgenLand organic project. The white flesh is finely grated and then gently dried to preserve the full aroma.
The coconut flakes enhance desserts, fruit salads and give ice cream, muesli and baked goods their distinctive flavor. Lightly toasted, they are also an ideal ingredient for sweet and sour and sweet-savory vegetable and rice dishes. The product consists of 100% coconut from certified organic farming.
