Our Spelt Wholemeal Rusk is a classic and wholesome fine baked good, handcrafted in our mill bakery. To achieve its characteristic dryness and crumbly texture, the bread-like single-baked loaf is sliced and then toasted. The precursor, the single-baked loaf, is also available from us in the light version - Art.No. 2028.
Made from pure spelt wholemeal flour, whole milk, butter, whole eggs, raw cane sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt, this rusk offers a full-bodied and natural flavor. It's the perfect companion for breakfast, snacks or as a light nibble.

Bester Zwieback
Für mich der beste Zwieback. Könnte noch etwas weniger süß sein, ist aber immer bei mir vorrätig

Dinkel (Zwieback) macht glücklich.
Qualität und Verarbeitung sind seit Jahrzehnten spitze. Ich esse seit über 40 (!) Jahren Dinkelzwieback von der Stadtmühle. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt; es ist eben Zwieback von der Bäckerei.

Jederzeit wieder
Außergewöhnlich guter Geschmack, kein Vergleich zu „ normalem Zwieback“. Viel besser.
