Our Spelt Rusks are a timeless and wholesome fine pastry, handcrafted from pure spelt in our mill bakery. To achieve their characteristic dryness and crumbliness, the bread-like pastry is sliced and then gently toasted.
Made from spelt flour Type 630, whole milk, butter, whole eggs, raw cane sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt, these rusks impress with their mild and delicate flavor. They're the ideal companion for breakfast, snacks or as a light nibble for the whole family. The precursor, our Einback, is also available from us (Art.No. 2028).
