Our Whole Milk Spelt Crispy Wafers are an irresistible combination of crispy pastry and tender chocolate. Each of these 150g wafers is carefully baked at Stadtmühle Geisingen and then generously coated with fine milk chocolate (77%). The chocolate made from sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder and cocoa mass melts tenderly on the tongue and harmonizes perfectly with the crispy spelt pastry.
Baked from 18% spelt flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, sunflower lecithin and a pinch of sea salt, these wafers offer a balanced taste experience. They are the perfect companion for a cup of coffee or tea, a sweet treat in between meals, or a delicious dessert.
