These observations have been confirmed by modern research and led to the recognition and approval of galangal preparations as means to support health. Comparable insights are also recorded from Paracelsus.
Whoever suffers pain in the heart and is threatened by a weakness attack from the heart, let them immediately eat a sufficient amount of galangal, and they will feel better.
