Our Rapunzel sesame seeds are excellent as an ingredient for bread, cakes, muesli and casseroles. When lightly roasted, these versatile seeds develop their full, nutty-aromatic flavor and become a delicious seasoning for salads and sauces.
The sesame seeds come from Rapunzel's HAND IN HAND partner Sekem in Egypt and are traditionally cultivated. The HAND IN HAND program combines fair trade with organic farming and supports ecological and social projects on site.
Tip: Roasted in a pan without fat, our sesame seeds are even more aromatic!
