Our Spelt Egg Noodles Knöpfle are a charming and versatile addition to your kitchen. Knöpfle are a South German specialty: small, round to teardrop-shaped noodles, similar to Spätzle, that work wonderfully in a variety of dishes while developing their mild, nutty spelt flavor.
Made from spelt semolina from our own mill, a high egg content of 26% fresh egg, and a pinch of salt, these Knöpfle offer a pleasant texture and cook quickly. They're ideal as soup dumplings, in stews, as a side dish for meat or vegetable dishes, or even for creative pasta salads.

Kochfest, schnell zubereitet
In nur 8 Minuten zubereitet - schmeckt lecker, klebt nicht, weicht nicht auf, im Gegensatz zu manchen Dinkel-Teigwaren, die man in Drogeriemärkten kaufen kann. Insofern sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Geht immer
Zu Braten oder allen Speisen mit Soße passen diese Nudeln immer - wie auch andere. Bei Gebratenen wie Kepap, gebratenen Gemüse und Speise ohne Soße, brate ich die Nudeln mit Butterschmalz an und dies ist besser als Pommes und dergleichen. Und der Geschmack ist im Vergleich zu Discounternudeln einfach mit deutlichem feinen Geschmack. Ein paarmal gegessen, will man nicht mehr tauschen.
