Product information "Sultanas"
Our sultanas come from the Rapunzel Turkey Project, where the light grapes are dried under the sun. The result is wonderfully juicy-sweet and intensely aromatic dried berries. Before drying, the grapes are sprayed with a solution of potassium carbonate and olive oil to shorten the drying time and preserve their light color.
These dried fruits are a versatile treat: Perfect as a muesli ingredient, for baking, cooking and desserts. They are also an excellent, natural alternative to sweets.
