Fennel

Tradition (Hildegard's writings)

In Hildegard's tradition, fennel and galangal tablets were associated with the heart and digestion.

Ingredients

Fennel seed and galangal root powder (without lactose and talc).

Note

The combination unites the sharp galangal root with milder fennel — valued by everyone who finds pure galangal too sharp.
