What spelt bran is: When milling, we separate the outer layers of the spelt kernel from the flour core. These coarsely ground outer layers are the bran.
What it is good for: one or two tablespoons in muesli or porridge, in bread and roll doughs – replace about a tenth of the flour and add a little more water – or for sprinkling on loaves. A recipe: our spelt bran rolls.
Which size? 0.5 kg to try, 2.5 kg as a supply.

wir bcken seit vielen Jahren bevorzugt mit dem Mehl der Stadtmühle Geisingen, die Dinkelkleie ist ein hervorragender Zusatz zum Teig. Das Brot ist einfach schmackhaft und wird mit Genuss verzehrt.
