Our Spelt Egg Noodles Fine Thread are the perfect choice when you're looking for particularly fine and delicate noodles. This 250g package contains ultra-thin thread noodles that are characterized by their tender texture and mild spelt flavor.
Made from spelt flour from our own mill, a high egg content of 30% fresh eggs, and a pinch of salt, these thread noodles cook extremely quickly and are particularly easy to digest. They are excellent as a classic addition to clear soups and broths, but can also be used for light Asian dishes or as a fine side dish.
