Made from spelt flour from our own mill, palm oil (segregated), sweet whey powder, salt as well as raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), starch and whole egg powder, these soup pearls are a versatile addition for quick cooking. They are ideal as a crispy topping in clear soups and broths, but can also be enjoyed pure as a savory snack.
