With Lecker's Organic Yeast, you'll create perfect yeast doughs in no time. One packet of this high-quality dry yeast containing 9g is equivalent to 21g fresh yeast and is sufficient for 500g flour.
Simply mix the yeast well with the flour (don't dissolve directly in liquid!). Then process the dough as usual with the remaining ingredients and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. The result is a light, airy dough that forms the perfect base for delicious bread, cakes and pastries.
This product consists of 100% yeast from certified organic farming, with no additional additives.
