Tradition (Hildegard's writings)

Used for the care of hair and scalp — with dandruff, lacklustre hair and in connection with increased hair loss, as long as the hair roots are still there; also with the first signs of thinning and with a scalp irritated by stress or diet.

Ingredients

Extract of lavender, nettle, pot marigold, alfalfa (lucerne), fennel, sage, pellitory, parsley and spelt.

Note

Hair loss often has causes inside the body; it is advisable to avoid acid-forming influences (a great deal of meat, chocolate, coffee, sweet foods, smoking), stress and extreme physical training.
