Our spelt egg noodles with an 8 mm band width are the classic choice for versatile pasta dishes. This 250g pack contains high-quality noodles that, thanks to their perfect width, pair ideally with most sauces.
Made from the finest spelt flour from our own mill, a high egg content of 30% fresh egg, and a pinch of salt, these ribbon noodles offer excellent cooking stability and a mild, delicate spelt flavor.
